Our thermal receipt paper is manufactured using high-quality pure wood pulp base paper and specialized thermal coating raw materials. The production process includes base paper pulping, refining, and calendaring, followed by uniform thermal coating application, constant temperature drying, and precision surface treatment. The paper then undergoes high-precision slitting, roll winding, diameter and tightness testing, as well as quality inspection on printing clarity and anti-fading performance.

Each roll is individually plastic-sealed, moisture-proof packaged, neatly packed in cartons, and sealed for delivery. The finished rolls feature clear printing, quick color development, long storage life, dust-free performance, and smooth paper output. They are widely used for POS cash registers, supermarket receipts, and bill printing, supporting large-scale wholesale export.

A: Yes, you can request for samples to check the printing and material quality, and we will provide you samples for free, as long as you pay for the express fee. We usually use DHL courier, you will receive the samples within 3–5 working days.
